Francis has been my personal trainer for 3 years. What started as a 3 month luxury turned into a twice weekly ritual that is entrenched in my life.

Francis approaches fitness by training the body and the mind so that both body and mind are strengthened.

Having hit my original goals, my motivation for training is to maintain fitness, health and a positive mind.  Francis has boundless energy and positivity which, particularly on those difficult days, motivates one to rise to meet challenges.  Francis has in depth knowledge of the human body, how it functions and how to build strength, stability and endurance optimally.
