Our mission is to provide our members with individualised and personalised training sessions that will allow them to become fitter, faster, and stronger to reach their potential.
Our studio is located in Pyrmont, Sydney, and caters for individuals and groups of up to 10. We provide our clients with a safe environment to learn, train, and develop according to their capacity.
We believe that training starts with the mind, where an evaluation of sleep, stress, and personal perception plays a factor in a person’s health with the body being second. Every individualised training session is designed explicitly towards the capacity of your specific body limitation, dietary intakes, and body structure. Your body movements are assessed according to your posture, endurance, and stability. By addressing the issues in these different areas, our personal trainers can provide you with the training that will best suit you.
