Your free assessment at the Body Studio is a complimentary one-on-one session with Francis Onyango in Pyrmont. Rather than placing you straight into a generic workout, Francis takes time to understand your goals, injury history, posture, mobility, strength, movement patterns, lifestyle and confidence in movement. The assessment may be brief or more detailed, depending on what your body needs, but the aim is always the same: to build a clearer picture of how your body functions as a connected system, so Francis can recommend the safest and most effective training approach for you.
